Nicole Delorme
Nicole Delorme joined NATIONAL Public Relations in 1992. She is now a partner with the firm and heads the Marketing Communications group. Her extensive experience in this field has made her one of Quebec’s brand image management specialists. She works on projects that combine public relations with advertising and event management.
With her knowledge of public issues, her understanding of various stakeholders and her familiarity with market data and consumer behaviour, Nicole is a sought-after consultant when it comes to positioning strategies.
Her clients are active in many sectors of the Quebec economy, including real estate, the hotel and restaurant industries, and retail. She advises real estate developers on their communications issues and provides support to major clients for all of their brand image management needs. She also provides ongoing counsel in brand image and public affairs issues management to many companies.
Nicole is accustomed to working in sensitive situations that involve numerous stakeholders. She also works on complex crisis management projects and resolution of labour disputes. With her experience in this area, she has worked with many companies dealing with major issues in all industries.
Nicole is closely involved in the redevelopment of downtown Montreal and serves on the communications committee of the board of CREW-Montréal.
Before joining NATIONAL, Nicole worked as a consultant with a leading ad agency. She also held a number of communications positions with organizations in the financial sector and in the tourism industry, where she managed communications for large-scale international events.
