Holder of a bachelor's degree in communication - public relations profile from l’Université du Québec à Montréal (UQÀM), he also followed a recognized training course in communication in emergency measures, as well as in animation. Justin was the recipient of two awards of excellence at the Gala de l’Excellence du réseau de la santé (Health Network Excellence Gala) in 2018 and 2019.
