Jayme Wilson
Jayme is well-versed in government decision-making processes at all three levels, having represented clients at Queen’s Park, and various Atlantic and Western provinces. Leveraging her Public Relations background, Jayme can simplify and communicate complex issues to key stakeholders on behalf of her clients.
Before joining NATIONAL, Jayme spent three years at a Toronto-based government relations firm, where she was deeply committed to supporting not-for-profit organizations and associations. She has brokered incredible wins for her clients, securing millions of dollars in critical funding and achieving legislative and regulatory change.
Additionally, Jayme spent two years working in government with several cabinet ministers, including the Minister of Public Services and Procurement, the Minister of National Defence, and the Minister of Families, Children, and Social Development Canada. She has also worked on campaigns with election candidates seeking federal, provincial, or municipal office.
Jayme’s success can be attributed to her ability to leverage her communications and Public Relations background to craft compelling narratives around advocacy asks. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Studies and History from Queen’s University and a Public Relations Graduate Certificate from Humber College.
